Whether you ordered the wrong texture or changed your mind on a color, we are here to ensure your gym or home wall is equipped exactly how you envisioned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the specific handholds you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully wrap each hold in its original protective padding to prevent chipping during transit and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the holds for signs of use or mounting damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
